• You must update your details if information changes.

• Job Category / Skills
• Age
• Experience

4. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate.

False or misleading information may result in removal of your profile.

5. Use of Your Information

By registering on MOSERVICE.IN, you agree that your information may be shared with employers who are searching for workers and they may contact you regarding job opportunities.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

MOSERVICE.IN does not guarantee job placement. Employers independently decide whom to contact and hire.

7. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Provide false information
• Use abusive language
• Use the platform for illegal purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

MOSERVICE.IN is not responsible for disputes between employers and job seekers including salary, working conditions or agreements.

9. Account Removal

MOSERVICE.IN reserves the right to remove profiles that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

MOSERVICE.IN may update these terms at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Odisha courts.
